If the Bicycle Hub inspires you and you would be interested in working on a part time basis, then you can join us as a 'Spokesperson sponsored rider' - that doesn't mean that you have to race, but just ride a bike, any bike (preferably one of the brands that we sell), anytime, anywhere, or is that a Martini advert?

Depending on the number of hours per year (from 50 to 200+ per year) and the role that you take on you will be "paid" in spokes at an appropriate hourly rate.  Spokes can then be exchanged for bikes or accessories, but have no cash value. The key responsiblity is that you become an 'amassador' for Bicycle Hub and promote what we do. This keeps it all above board with HMRC.

So if you have good communication and peope skills, or are an OK mechanic and/or would like to learn more or want to be involved in some way, just give Pete or Rob a call to discuss and then download our Application Form. For all roles, training will be given and you are expected to work to the high professional standard that we and our customers expect.

The various roles include: Sales advisors, Mechanics, Marshalling events, odd jobs (usually bike related, sometimes not) helping Rob with marketing and social media.

Times: we work a rota based around our full and part time staff on who can do what and when - so there is a lot of flexibility.
