We are expanding and introducing new exciting additions to services and products that we offer our customers.

The Bicycle Hub in the Park, as it suggests will be located in Telford Town Park at the new Visitor Centre.  This is an exciting addition as not only is the Visitor Centre a great looking building but it a passive building too, minimising the use of energy which compliments the greater use of bicycles as a sustainable future.

It is located on National Cycle route 55 (literally just 2 meters from our door!), a 5 minute walk from the town centre, right next to all the family attractions in the park, a 4 minute walk from Dark Lane car park, a 10 minute walk or 5 minute ride from the train station, so very accessible to all.  There will also be a very nice Café next door too.

The aim of The Hub in the Park is to service customers spending up to £1000 on bikes, with emphasis on commuting, leisure and family cycling with bikes from Ridgeback, Genesis, Saracen, Pashley and Airnimal together with accessories and clothing.  We will also be running training and events from there too - more details of these to follow.

Servicing of bikes will also be a key part of the Park operation, with same day turn around worked through a forward booking system and a secure commuter bike park being added in the near future.

Our current Jackfield premises will house Bicycles by Design catering for customers looking for more specialist products and will also include the soon to be re-launched Swallow bespoke hand built steel frames made by Pete Bird and Rob Wade. Landescape made-to measure aluminium frames will continue, including carbon fibre options for both bikes and tandems. 

We will also be including Frame building courses, for clients who would like to build their own frames. Other brands will be Van Nicholas, Genesis, Ridgeback, Saracen, Tout Terrain, Airnimal, Birdy, Pashley together with Co-Motion and Helios tandems.  Most can be test ridden via our Ride-before-you-buy service.

The Tandem Experience and some general bike hire will still be based at Jackfield as will be the current 'drop off - collect later' servicing.
