| Cambrian Midnight Century Ride 2012 |
|
An event with a difference, we leave at the stroke of Midnight under peloton conditions until we have cleared the cheering evening crowds past the famous Ironbridge and meander our way through very quiet roads to arrive a Barmouth for breakfast. The 100 miles has two marshal/food stops en-route with the penultimate one in Wales overlooking the fantastic Dovey Valley. The costs includes refreshments and breakfast for all riders as well as contributing a portion to the Severn Hospice. You are encouraged to raise more funds for the Severn Hospice yourselves. See review of the 2011 event here - http://severnhospice.org.uk/events/cambrian-century-midnight-ride-barmouth/ There are limited places on a coach for you and your bike for the return journey (so book eariy). Regular trains do run from Barmouth to Telford (via Machynlleth) or make a day of it on the lovely beach at Barmouth and have your family or friends meet you there! Booking forms here |
