The Ironbridge Museums are a fantastic reason to visit the Ironbridge Gorge. However, little do people know that there are cycle routes to most of the 10 museums and the steepest gradient of any route is no more than 2%. And there's parking for bicycles too. The map to download to guide you is the Visitor Guide and Map of the Ironbridge Gorge (due out in Summer 2008) This shows you the area and its attractions and is easy to follow on a bicycle. The main NCN routes 45 and 55 are shown too but there are additional links shown on the Telford Cycle and Walking Map. |
