We are an exciting new bicycle shop based in the Visitor Centre in Telford Town Park.

For customers that have been used to visiting us at our original premises in Jackfield, we are still there under the name of Bicycles by Design where we will continue to service bikes on a drop off bases as previously. The Bicycle Hub in the Park now offers pre-booked same day services.
At the Bicycle Hub in the Park, we sell new bicycles from Saracen, Ridgeback, Genesis, Pashley and Kiddi Moto. We can customise any off-the peg bicycle to your specification.
You can hire bikes from us to enjoy the park and quite lanes and cycle tracks in the area as well as travel down the Silkin Way to the World Heritage site of the Ironbridge Gorge less than half an hour ride away.
Our expert mechanics can service and repair your existing bicycle.
We sell Giro and Bell helmets, Shimao parts, Blackburn, Topeak and Madison accessories and clothing from Endura and Madison clothing and supply parts and accessories for all shapes and sizes of bicycles. We stock a wide range of quality products including Burley Trailers, SatMap GPS and Topeak carrying systems.
We provide training courses in maintenance, workshop skills and cycle skills. We organise events for cyclists of every age and ability and just work hard to make sure everyone enjoys their bike and gets the most out of cycling.
Plus we work we work with our sister company Bicycles by Design based in Jackfield, Ironbridge Gorge at our original shop, for more niche products such as Van Nicholas, Airnimal, Birdy and Tout Terrain, upper end of Ridgeback and Genesis models from £1000.
